Returns or Exchanges

1. Return conditions
You can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product (calculated from the date of receipt).

The product must be unused, undamaged and packaged intact.

Except for customized or specially stated non-returnable products.

2. Scope of application
Quality problems (such as breakage, severe scratches, obvious defects)

Wrong product or wrong quantity

Serious damage during transportation (please provide unpacking video or photos as proof)

3. Situations where returns are not accepted
Damage caused by human use or improper storage

Exceeding the return period

Unable to provide valid order information or return voucher

4. Return process
Please contact us first via email: vitalio@angleread.com, explain the reason for the return and provide the order number and relevant pictures.

We will review your application and provide the return address and instructions within 2 working days.

Please pack the goods properly and send them back as soon as possible after confirmation. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer unless it is due to quality problems or wrong goods.

After we receive the return and confirm that it is correct, we will process a refund for you within 5 working days, and the money will be returned by the original route.

5. Refund Instructions
The refund only includes the amount of the goods paid. Except for special circumstances, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

The refund arrival time may vary slightly due to different payment channels, please understand.

6. Exchange Service
If you need to exchange the goods, please return the original goods according to the return process and place a new order.
